From his twenty-five years in defence and intelligence, Shane brings state of the art expertise in secure systems engineering and cyber mission assurance.
He has developed tailored communication and network solutions for high-security environments, leveraging his background in classified facility design and cross-border missions. Shane is a Chartered Professional Engineer and has led teams across cyber, space and infrastructure projects among his several deployments and his carriage of suborbital mission control.
Shane is the Director of Missioncyber and is undergoing doctoral research in cyber security risks and standards for space activities. His focus is on the protection of critical and high-valued assets through integrating trusted practices and novel solutions in technology.
